A person having Commission only Rs. 60000 and saving bank interest Rs. 1500 in the Previous Year 2011-12. and Tds deducted Rs. 6000 u/s 194H then
1. ITR 4 is applicable...??
2. What is last date of filling...?? Whether this return shall be according to sec. 139(1) or 139(4).....???
3.After uploading return without digital signature, what is next procedurs if any

please sir solve this problem immediately....????

09 March 2013 1. ITR 4 is applicable.
2. Return u/s 139(4) is to be filed. Last date for PY 2011-12 (AY 2012-13) is 31-03-2014
