1) I need to read the taxibility features of a) Insurance cover given to employees of company premium paid by company.
b) Mediclaim of overseas given to director of company
c) Personnal Accidental policy cover given to employees
can you please give me the reference I can read through or which section should i refer

Group Medical insurance and Group personal accident insurance payment by the company for employees not taxable in the hands of employees for further clarification refer sec.17(2) taxability of perqusits
