Note: (MP Vijay Kumar can be used for AS reference
For Corp Law; Munish Bhandari
For Mafa: Module and Notes of Tarun Mahajan. You may also refer A.N Sridhar.
For Direct Taxes TN Manoharan (Theory part), Circular, Notification, Amendments, case law
