10 May 2017 What are the benefits if we enroll in to SEZ.. whether we have to set up our office in to some specified area?

11 May 2017 The objective is to reduce the tax which is set up in SEZ. There is no specific area which is termed as SEZ, rather you have to convert certain office area in SEZ subjected to certain terms and conditions.

please let me know, how tax will be saved (Direct or Indirect) and what are the conditions related to this.

12 May 2017 Direct tax will be saved. Which means the income tax will be saved. You have to pay the service tax or VAT. In case of indirect tax, you can recover the same from your customers / clients. For details you can refer to S.10AA of Income Tax Act 1961
