I am an article assistant working in a small audit firm. They use genius software to file the return .
While filing I forgot to add the challan details and uploaded the return then in return it appeared as tax payable.

Now can we rectify that return

12 May 2014 I think you are asking about income tax return. If the original return was filed within due date then you can file revised return u/s 139 (5).
