29 November 2012 WHETHER PVT COMPANY HAS INCORPORT WITH ROC ,FIRST SUBSRIBER OF THE COMPANY IS TAKEN BY 10000 SHARES OF RS 100000 BUT IN THE ROC MASTER DATA SHOW RS 00 IN THE COLUM OF PAID CAPITAL
PLEASE SUGGEST ME RIGHT PROCEDURES IN THIS REGARD TO RECTOFIED IT AND WHAT PAID UP CAPITAL IS TAKEN ANNUAL RETURN OF COMPANY

There is no need to correct master date for making update of your company.s paid up capital.

When you file Annual Return or file any Form-2 with ROC then the master data will automatically update.
