Can we rectify a circular resolution in a Board Meeting?

20 June 2012 Resolution by circulation is also the decision of the Board which has to be noted in the next board meeting as it was.

However, if the Board want to change the decision it may do so by taking it as a next agenda item but first circulated resolution is to be noted as it was passed.
