Rect. Appn. u/s 154 for e-return processed by CPC, Banglore

04 September 2010 I had filed an e-return of individual with cpc banglore absolutely correctly. However, in processing intimation, the cpc has not allowed, "Loss on House Proper" incurred on Self Occupied HP due to interest on Housing Loan and has consequently raised a demand. Where should be application for rectification should be filed, with the CPC Or Territorial Ward of the Assessee ?

It seems the software of CPC is faulty, have others also suffered the same fate?
