our company is recepient of services from transporters.when will i have to get register under service tax? am i elegible for thresold exemption upto 10 lakh?

If You are required to pay freight then being service receiver you will be required to pay service tax. There is no exemption available to service receiver.....You have got registered immediately..

In case of reverse charge of service tax on GTA, thershold limit exemption is not available. Payment of service tax is to be made.
