13 December 2008 Any person received Rs 50000 cash (not from relative of any will ) received without consideration this is exempt from IT. What is the meaning of without consideration i.e. received 50000 cash without evidence any document or legal paper. So, please clear this concept. Any person cash received 50000 without any document i.e. legal income.
