Sir i think u wrong please rend below line. The salary or remuneration to a partner by a partnership firm is not charged under the head INCOME FROM SALARY , but treated as “business income” in the hands of partner's. Therefore, there is no question of TDS on salary or remuneration paid by the firm to the partner's of a firm .

Dear Vivek, My name is Jitendra jain and I am based from chennai. I have just completed my articleship from one of the big 4 audit firm. I would now like to start a practice of my own and have a lot of queries. Like is starting right now is a right decision Should i start alone or in partnership.and so on...
