Dear Friends, if husband & wife, both all the co-applicant & co-borrower of the house, but payment made by husband or wife, than who will get the rebate of interest & principal ? The person who will paid the amount or both equally & make adjustment entries in either books.

In this case, both the husband and wife can claim equal deduction.
This will be more beneficial rather than claiming the deduction by one person.
