27 March 2012 Dear Friends, if husband & wife, both all the co-applicant & co-borrower of the house, but payment made by husband or wife, than who will get the rebate of interest & principal ? The person who will paid the amount or both equally & make adjustment entries in either books.

This will be more beneficial rather than claiming the deduction by one person.
