06 September 2018 While resubmitting spice form an error massage shows that mismatch between form resubmitted and form marked for re-submission.
Reason:
1) e-MOA & e-AOA attached with spice form instead of linked form option when 1st time spice form submitted.

20 July 2025 The error message you’re seeing during resubmission of SPICe form (INC-32) usually happens due to a mismatch between the original submitted form and the form you are trying to resubmit. Specifically, in your case:

Main Reason:
When you attached e-MOA & e-AOA directly with the SPICe form during the first submission, instead of uploading/linking them as separate forms (eMoA-1 and eAoA-1) through the linked forms option.
During resubmission, the system expects the same format as the original — i.e., the same way the MOA/AOA were attached.
Because the original had direct attachments and now you are trying to resubmit in a different way (or vice versa), the system throws a mismatch error.
What Causes This?
The SPICe form and linked forms (eMoA-1, eAoA-1) have to maintain consistency between original submission and resubmission.
If eMoA and eAoA are directly attached in SPICe in the original submission, resubmission must also use direct attachments.
If eMoA and eAoA are uploaded separately as linked forms, resubmission should follow the same approach.
How to Fix?
Check how you uploaded the MOA/AOA the first time:
If directly attached to SPICe → reattach directly again on resubmission.
If uploaded as linked forms → upload the same linked forms again.
Ensure the documents and their format are the same as in the original submission.
If needed, you may have to withdraw the current application and reapply with consistent attachments.
