01 March 2011 I had registered for Articleship with my current CA Sir, then in 2009 I had to discontinue my articleship due to family problem. I duly submitted Form 109, after The Institute accepted my request. They also issued me the Discontinuance letter, stating the period served and the period outstanding. Now I am rejoining my articles with the same CA. Do I need to go through the entire process of Registration, viz Form 102, 103 and the Deed on Stamp Paper??????//

26 May 2012 Yes you have to fill form 102 and the deed on stamp paper.
