HI!!
I started one small business export of RAW material from India. As this firm under partnership company. I want to register company under India government.
Question
1) Is it necessary to register partnership under India government? if yes How can I partnership company register under Indian Government.
2) Is it necessary built the Private limited company for export Import Business?
please advise

Partnership and Company are two different entities.
Partnership can be and must be registered. It can be registered with the Authorities of your State OR you can convert it into Limited Liability Partnership.
You can also convert it into a Private Company.
Procedure lies with Ministry of Company Affairs in case you choose to convert it into LLP or Pvt Co.

1. registration of partnership firm is not mandatory, it is optional...
2. you can also continue your business with Firm, but it is advisable to form a company if you wish to expand the business and make it limitless
