Dear Members,
Whether "Export services" are NIL rate services or exempted services ??
While making calculations for SSI exemption of Rs. 10,00,000/- such export services are taken into considerations or not??

Exempted value of services is not calculated in SSI. Taxable services will be count only.

If export of service comes under NIL rate then, it can't be said as exempted services. Now, whether it falls under NIL rate classification or Exempted?

Export service will not be considered as taxable service. This value will not be count in SSI.
