20 November 2007 Hi All,

One of my friend is doing his Articleship but after Approximately 3 months there is a misunderstanding between his Seniors & him and know he is going to resign.

He wants to join some one else for Training. What will be the process of the same. Which forms will be used.

And importantly impression of the same in his career.

20 November 2007 Dont worry for effect on career. I too have same problem and i had taken transfer 3 times. It will not effect your growth. You can download transfer form from ICAI.org site. Just take in mind that usually during transfer senior tries to harrass you but dont worry. Just see how much leave they show in that form it can extend your article ship tenure. Dont worrry go ahead. I am C.A. now and working in good company at asst manager and get promoted after one year. So, dont worry for transfer it is your right
