I just want to ask that what E-forms are required to be filed on MCA in case of reappointment of Managing Director for further period of 3 years.

you have to file following forms
1. DIR-12 : WIthin 30 days of passing resolution
2. MR-1: Within 60 days of passing resolution (Not required for Private Companies)
3. MGT-14 : Within 30 days of passing resolution
