Mr. X is individual auditor for the period of 5 year plz clarify after complating the period of 5 year weather Mr. X can be re-appoint as an auditor or not

As per section 139(2), Read with Rule 5 of Audit Rules, an auditor after completion of tenure of 5 years in the Company cannot be reappointed as the auditor of the Company
