12 July 2017 I am registered in MP and stay in a hotel in Mumbai for business purpose. The hotel is not registered under gst and charges me 6000 for one night. Will I be charging IGST to myself under reverse charge? What if the hotel were registered?

12 July 2017 Thank you. Suppose the hotel were registered, then they would charge CGST/SGST for Maharashtra right? If so, I won't be able to take credit of the sgst part but can I take credit of the CGST part?
