If A NRI invest in indian company throught his NRE A/C to indian company account.With in how many days it should be intimated to RBI for the purpose of share application.
And another if he give money for company use not for share application through his NRE account it neccessary to Intiamate RBI regarding that..

30 days for intimation of receipt of money and 180 days for intimation of allotment of shares.
Moaney can't be given as loan from NRE account ,it has to be share application only.

thanks Anuj sir but sir every transaction done by NRE A/c to Indian Company Bank A/c it should be intimated to RBI
