12 May 2011 I can't find sections 192A, 192B, 194E, 195, 196A, 196B, 196C, 196D, 206C in the link you have provided.

13 May 2011 1)192A(Govt Employee) & 192B(Other Employee) are as per Income Tax Slab rates no fixed %.
2) 194E & 206C(See this link-

3) 195 depends on DTAA.
