CST against C form is 2% present rates.

However, in Uttrakhand, dealers are charging only 1% against Form C ?

yes. what ever i mentioned above is general CST rate. products vat rate is lower than 2% then CST also apply the same rate

CST shall be chargeable @ 2% if the sale is against C form or at the local rate of taxes of the goods sold.. if the rate of tax of goods is lower than 2% then such local rate of tax..
