31 March 2015 Is Service tax rate has been changed to 14%. Since there has been some notification that rate should be charged same as 12.36%. So may I Know that what should be the rate to be charged.

31 March 2015 it is yet not notified by dept for applicability of new rate so till that time old rate of 12.36% shall remain applicable.
