Rate of service tax

Is Service tax rate has been changed to 14%. Since there has been some notification that rate should be charged same as 12.36%. So may I Know that what should be the rate to be charged.

it is yet not notified by dept for applicability of new rate so till that time old rate of 12.36% shall remain applicable.
