I want to start Business of Purchase of old vehicle all type I want to know what Rate of tax? (Rajasthan)

I old vehicle purchase who is unregistred dealer Can I credit of paid tax when unregistered dealer purchase vehicle when sale of it paid differce amt or full amt. pls provide me notification for this purpuse
