IT raid was conducted at our group on 24-8-2008 u/s 132 so we are required to file returns for past six years i.e. 2002-2003 to 2008-2009. Will we get any benefit of loss returns filed before 2002-2003

Return for loss should be filed before due date of submitting the return. You cannot claim the benefit of loss.
