31 December 2015 A SERVICE PROVIDER IS REGISTERED AND NOW HE IS PROVIDING SERVICES IN DELHI AND NOW HE WANT TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN TWO STATES.SO WHAT FURTHER LEGAL ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN.
