Sir,
I got 61 marks in company Law in Dec 2012 Exam. Please suggest me that can i get exemption for Company Law for June 2013 exam.
If i can get exemption in June 2013 exam then please guide me the process how can i apply for Exemption.

The exemption form is available with Institute, you will submit such Form and same u will fill in the exam form.
The detail is also send on your registered mobile number.

How to apply for exemption?
Download the exemption application form from the ICSI website or get it from your regional office.
Fill in the details of the exam, subject, and marks scored.
Submit this form along with your next exam registration form for June 2013.
Pay the applicable exemption fee if any (usually nominal or NIL).
The Institute will verify your marks and grant exemption accordingly.
You do not need to appear for the exempted subject in the next exam attempts until exemption expires.
