MY QUESTION IS THAT MY CLIENT IS FILING THE RETURN LATE i.e IS HE WANTS TO FILE IN DECEMBER WILL IT HAVE ANY IMPACT ON DEDUCTION CLAIM FOR LIC PREMIUM???i.e HE CAN CLAIM DEDUCTION FOR THE SAME OR NOT???

No impact. He/she can file the return in dec. No prob regarding 80c claims

No Issues. Even in case of belated return u/s 139(4) the deduction will be available.
