Query on filing of audit report

02 April 2012 A Company has not got its annual account audited for f.y. 2009-10 and now it has done audit for 2 years togeather f.y. 2009-10 and 2010-11.
and auditor is signing audit report on the same date for both of the years.
how can we file Audit Report on ROC for F.y. 2009-10..

I think, as per my knowledge, it is not possible that the balance sheet of two FY will be signed on same day.

Please check the day of signing.

02 April 2012 sorry sir, i was a little bit wrong but i think it dont hv major impact.
Auditor is signing the audit report
on 31/08/2011 for the f.y. year 2009-10 &
on 01/09/2011 for the f.y. 2010-11.
this is bcoz of that company has not done its accounts audited for f.y.2009-10
