I want to make a payment of Rs.25000 for technical fees and Rs.10000 for professional fees to a same person, So am i liable to deduct TDS or not?? so the limit of Rs.30000 is for the whole 194J section or for professional fees 30000 & for technical fees 30000??pls reply..
