06 May 2011 Dear Friends,

I have taken coaching for Group 1 of Final (New) in Nov 2010 (i.e for May 2011 Examination). I'm writing the exam in Nov 2011. Will there be any change in the syllabus?

And, pls tell me from when are these are applicable for CA Final (New):

1) IFRS

2) Companies Bill, 2009

3) New Direct Tax Code

4) GST.

Please reply.

Another query - Is it advisable to wait for these new things to come in to syllabus and write exam at that time.

25 May 2012 IFRS is applicable for the exams.

Companies Bill 2009, GST and Direct Tax COde are not applicable.
