Q.2 On which value service tax will be charge on security services please explain the working slab.

W.e.f. 01st April 2015, 100% to be paid by service receiver (earlier 75% was paid by service receiver and 25% by service provider).
So Service Receiver need to pay 14.5% on the Bill Value under reverse charge. (14.5% from 15.11.2015 which includes 0.5% Swachh Bharat Cess).
