Sir,
A company is selling goods and it is charging freight by mentioning it in the invoice.
so is this case covered by GTA and does there arise the liability of service tax

mentioning freight in invoice is not relevant. GTA gets triggered when you actually make payment for utilizing services of GTAs for transporting goods.
