16 January 2013 I want to know about invoice, How will i raise invoice as per Works Contract Service & which types of tax will liable on Sale Invoice & Purchase Bill?

16 January 2013 Works contract is a agreement which involves completion of any work ., which may be movable or immovable . This is a transaction where there involves both transfer of goods and services., the Invoice can be made either on Lumpsum cost or showing the Cost of material and services seperately., etc., if you show seperately you will be liable for respective VAt ans service tax and if shown as lumpsum then the provisions if IT will apply and respective rates will apply..
