Quary abt submission of hard copy of cpt online examination form for dec'13

sir, is their any rule that we have to submit the hard copy of cpt online form as i had filled online within 28th oct.because due to new notification issued by ICAI we have to send it New Delhi by post otherwise those branches which is specified by ICAI only by hand. if our post doesnt reach within 1st november. then will our applicantion rejected or not ? plz do rply.

as per my view generally due to one or two days delay ICAI may not reject. However why did you wait for the last and cut off date, submit as early as possible and avoid this type of fear, tension etc... and be cool.
So my serious suggestion is please submit your exam form immediately for over come the further problems or issues if any.
