I,want to ask realted to, a dealer in Regd with Delhi Vat, have made purchase out of Delhi against C Form.
can such dealer sold goods against C Form, if can under which section

Having under stood the question rightly as to a purchase made against c form , whether the same goods can again be sold against c form..
The answer is yes.. the same is absolutely permitted.. and no restiction on the same..

Yes it is upto you, whether you have to make OMS sale against C form, or you have to make local sale against VAT or export aginst Form H.
It is not anyway related to type of purchase u made.
