02 August 2015 As per FCRA act 2011 if foreign receipts is more than 1crore during the financial year then organisation has to upload a statement of receipts & utilization of foreign receipts in public domain. Now my question is what is public domain as per this act?

02 August 2015 If you file the statement with the Govt and the Govt uploads in their website then it amounts to compliance of the requirement. Govt uploads such statements in their website.
