provisional admission of cpt

25 December 2008 now my sister is in 12th,it means she is not completed her 12th up to now, an i want to do a her registration for cpt, but for that they want her leaving certificate which is not possible without passing the 12th, so what i do? please tell me the procedure to do her registration for cpt, so she can be applicable to give the exam in june 09 attempt.
