provisional admission of cpt

now my sister is in 12th,it means she is not completed her 12th up to now, an i want to do a her registration for cpt, but for that they want her leaving certificate which is not possible without passing the 12th, so what i do? please tell me the procedure to do her registration for cpt, so she can be applicable to give the exam in june 09 attempt.

WHAT LEAVING CERTIFICATE ? IS IT COLLEGE L C THAT YOU ARE SPEAKING ABOUT ? IN THAT CASE I THINK THERE IS SOME MIS UNDERSTANDING OR MIS COMMUNICATION WITH YOU. ELSE NO STUDENT WOULD HAVE BEEN DOING COLLEGE & CA PCC TOGATHER.
