I have withdrawn my PF prematurely. How is it treated under the IT act.
Is it taxed under ´Other Income´?

yes if it is withdrawn before 5 years and other than the reasons mentioned then it is taxable under the head other income

Under which section is the PF taxed? I need to know the reasons mentioned which allow me to withdraw PF before 5 years and not subject it to tax.
