Respected CCI Member.
My Pricipal is said that if a proprietor wants to show the residential house property and personal invesment in balance sheet then he can do so and also said that if that proprietorshow above residential in balance sheet then he can also claim house property as self occupied for interest payment.
But if partnership firm show above residential then they can't claim as self occupied.
Is this true?
