Dear Sir,
Our Company Is Deducting Professional Tax And Paid to the government on time to time. But they not file Professional return from last 2 Year. so what is Consequence and Remedies available for our company ? please tell full procedure how Deal with this matter as account of company

you can file the returns now. refer section 6(3) of the Profession Tax Act (Maharashtra). The penalty shall be Rs 1000 per return.
