I am a Chartered Accountant, working in a CA firm. Currently I am drawing salary. We have an option of receiving a salary in the form of professional fees. Can I take professional fees without having COP. Please advice

My view is that you require to have COP for providing professional services and getting professional fees.

You cannot practice without having COP. COP must if u want to take professional fees.
