Can a Pvt. Ltd company pay Professional fee instead of salary to its director, director having professional qualification.

07 May 2019 I am a director of a private ltd company and being paid professional fees.
It must be noted that the clause i.e., 194J (1)(ba) covers any remuneration paid whether by way of fees or commission or by any other name and such payments shall be subjected to TDS 10%.
