07 August 2011 its bases on state PT act. please refer the state VAT Act, or provide the State

07 August 2011 Profession tax is governed by the State Sales Tax Department. So for which State and is it for payment of Professional Tax Collected from the employees or the firms Professional Tax? I have never heard anything about penalty for late payment is is only the interest.
