profession fees or salary

05 November 2009 1- i am lived my office for my study but company employed me on part time basis as an accountant. my question is that this income whether consider as a salary income or Professional fees?

2- in our campany our sales team employee is employed for providing rock climbing training to others. he getting salary as well as training fees. my question is that whether training fees given is consider as a part of salary or professional fees?

10 November 2009 1. Salary as a part time accountant will be taxable u/h Salary Income if u r not providing them service as a professional....n if u r wroking as a professional than u must write bills on that company as a professional....and it will be covered u/h income frm BPV...........
2. Employee who is working as an employee in a company either as a member of sales team or as a Trainner, his income will be charged u/h Salary.
