Hi All
1.It's a partnership Firm in Maharashtra, with 10cr turnover,
I m paying Professional Tax for Employees monthly AROUND 4000/- p.m. what is the applicability of PT Return monthly or annually .
2. Do i hv to pay PT for Partners & for The Firm. What is the Due Date for that??? can i pay now what is the interest rate?????? what r d consequences
if i don't pay pt of firm???
2.Is PT applicable on salary paid Maternity leave ???
