procedure of registration as manufacture's depot

one of my client is registered in gujrat as a manufacturer under excise now he want to get registred in rajasthan as a manufacturers depot in the same name. please tell me the procedure???
whether change of states makes any difference

21 January 2011 No, Because Excise department works on Centralized basis, So there are not difference in procedure
