11 February 2012 For stay of demand.. a plea may be filed with the concerned officer.. however you need a strong basis to argue and get the order .. eg: If you are going for appeal etc. you could mention the reason that since you believe that the is good chances of the clients contention to hold good in law you have preferred appeal..
