15 March 2011 My Principal has joined job in an mnc while continuing to hold cop without the permission of the institute , can he do so and is it a valid ground for me to take transfer??? as now it troubles a lot for me as well as my two other fellow articles
now all responsibility comes on us of day to day affairs and we are not able to concentrate on our studies and has created undue tension in our minds.

I think it is a professional misconduct on his part
what should i do as i dont want any disputes but we are fed up dealing with all this...

16 March 2011 Yes this is a gross misconduct. If you make a complaint to the institute with proof your principal may loose his cop.
